Head of Business Development
Are you experienced in technology sales, business development or recruitment?
Come and work for a small but growing Tees Valley based IT consultancy who are working on cutting edge projects for a range of UK-wide clients across a range of domains. Working with a small and committed team of technologists who care about delivering high quality products.
You will be comfortable pitching for and winning business from clients across the UK and internationally.
The successful candidate will need the following skills:
· full eligibility to work in the UK
· live within commutable distance of our Tees Valley office in Middlesbrough
· demonstrable experience in technology sales, business development or recruitment
· driven by success and passionate about helping us achieve our ambitious growth plans
· great interpersonal skills
· enjoy working in a results-focused environment and have a forward-thinking approach
· outstanding communicator and collaborative worker who can manage and build effective relationships at all level
· inspirational sales leader with an in depth understanding of consultative sales and coaching mindset
· can partner with new and existing clients to understand their business needs and objectives
